How to Prepare Before a PSYCH-K® Session
2 Step Pre-Session Prep
  1. Create an intention for the session, such as self-love, find my voice, etc.
  2. Come up with 5 things you would like to change. What do you struggle with? What do you have to work hard on or put a lot of effort into? Why are you working so hard?  What do you tell yourself often… “I never/always…,” “I’m frustrated/struggling with…”? 
  • I struggle to lose weight no matter what I eat.
  • I never feel like my partner hears what I have to say.​
  • I'm frustrated I don't have more money.
  • I don't have much confidence.
  • I wish I was more successful with my career.

​You can also come up with things you would like to believe.
  • I deserve unconditional love.
  • I deserve to be seen and heard.
  • Money flows effortlessly into my life.
  • My body is strong, flexible and healthy.
  • It’s safe for me to lose weight.

Set the Space
  • Hydrate before and during the session.
  • You’ll need uninterrupted privacy and full attention for the session.
  • Keep your hands free during our call by using a speaker, ear buds, etc..
  • Have a pen and paper available to take notes.

What to Expect During a PSYCH-K® Session
During a PSYCH-K® session you’ll be guided through a process of interactive, non-invasive steps to create a receptive “Whole-Brain State”  to reprogram subconscious beliefs from self-limiting to self-enhancing.

BLOCKED TO BLISSED
Cate will facilitate your PSYCH-K® experience to...
  • Create a sacred space — Get grounded and set the intention.
  • Assess your current experience — How are things now?
  • Define your desired experience — How do you want things to be instead?
  • Find an area of your life you’re experiencing a block.
    • Example block >>> Financial success
    • Note: this blockage can also be a trauma or distressing situation, such as a childhood situation or the loss of money.
  • Create some NEW Beliefs (what would you like to have instead?).
    • Money flows easily and effortlessly into my life.
    • I deserve to make over $100,000 a year doing what I love.
    • Money is good. Money is healthy. 
  • Start with the NEW Belief that resonates with you the most.​​

TEST IT
  • We'll muscle test to determine if reprogramming is needed. If the muscle test shows “strong” or “true” (the subconscious already believes it), then celebrate and continue testing other Beliefs. If the muscle test shows “weak” or “false” (the subconscious does NOT believe it), then reprogram.
  • Cate will get permission and the best reprogramming method.​

REPROGRAM
  • Cate will guide you through a reprogramming process that puts you in a Whole-Brain state to allow your subconscious to record the NEW Belief.
  • Next, you’ll lock-in the NEW Belief.​

CONFIRM
  • Cate will muscle test again to confirm the process is complete and that the NEW Belief is indeed believed by the subconscious.​

CELEBRATE & TAKE ACTION
  • Celebrate! Woot woot… party dance… high five… bear hug!
  • Create 1-2 action steps to start making this NEW Belief part a reality now.
  • Take action!
  • Cate will email you a session PDF to save or print.​​

​What to Expect After a PSYCH-K® Session
  • View your session PDF daily to be mindful of your NEW Beliefs.
  • Take action on your Action Steps. New beliefs create potential, but you create RESULTS through your actions! Potential + action = results
  • Check-in with yourself weekly and note any changes. 
    • What's different? 
    • Are your NEW Beliefs happening? 
    • Any shifts in your life, behaviors, body? 
    • How do you feel? 
  • Celebrate every step in the right direction. Even tiny victories can create HUGE life-changing shifts!
