There are many great options for practicing yoga online, such as Ekhart Yoga, Gaia, YouTube, etc. This is good for getting started as you can do it anywhere, at any time and choose a yoga class that fits your needs in level, duration, style and focus. However, I find practicing yoga in a group setting to be most beneficial. The healing intention of each individual creates an energetic environment that can cultivate connection, well-being and deep nourishment on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
